Each home we build has a unique design with custom finish details such as hand-troweled stucco exterior, gas-start/wood burning fireplaces, custom designed lighting, solid wood interior doors, tile or wood floors throughout the entire house, ceiling fans in each bedroom and great room, and custom designed hand-crafted cabinetry. Some details such as extra electrical outlets and hose bibs around the house, interior wall sound insulation, gas/water/electric stub-outs for future pool and outdoor living, are less obvious but make living in and personalizing your home easier.
Each uniquely designed kitchen is the focal point of the home. With customized cabinetry, professional grade stainless steel appliances, and careful space planning, they are the perfect place for the gourmet chef to work some culinary magic. Every kitchen opens to the great room and an outdoor entertaining area. There's nothing like great music to accompany a delicious meal. All our homes have surround sound in the family room, in the kitchen and on the patio. There is also structured wiring in select rooms to accommodate your cutting edge technological needs.
When the playing is over and it's time to work, just step into your library with customized cabinetry and the latest technological capabilities. No one, except our Italian mother, enjoys doing laundry. But someone has to do the dirty work and it is a lot easier in the front load washing machine and gas clothes dryer that are included in the laundry room.

After each busy day, the bedroom is the haven for regeneration. All of our bedrooms are spacious and include walk-in closets with built-in wood shelving. Additionally, all of the bathrooms are uniquely customized with furniture style vanities, cast iron and copper tubs, tiled shower enclosures, and state-of-the-art tankless hot water heaters for an endless supply of hot water.
Comfort and environmentally conscious homes are intrinsic in our building. We use dual-glazed windows, which are energy efficient and low maintenance. The central air conditioning and gas forced air heating are controlled with electronic programmable timers. In addition, thermostatically controlled electric attic fans will help reduce the cooling bills.

We understand that buying a home is the single largest purchase most families will ever make, and we feel an obligation to help you make a wise investment. The first three rules in real estate are location, location, location. Our homes are located in prestigious south Redlands neighborhoods with panoramic mountain views. Redlands is a historic town known for its fragrant orange groves and palm tree lined streets.

Feeling safe and secure in one's home is priceless. With the recent fires in Southern California, a fire retardant roof system and automatic fire sprinkler system have been installed for peace of mind. Redlands is one of the country's safest towns, but we have included a security system installed and monitored by Redlands Alarm for added protection. One year of free service is included.
Nearly all of us have, or will have, someone in our family with physical limitations. Therefore, we have made sure that the first floor of each of our homes does not present barriers to persons using wheelchairs or walking aids by providing wider doors, lever door and faucet handles, and eliminating steps.
